Diseases resulting from water pollution: -
Amebiasis: It affects various parts of the body such as the liver and the large intestine.
Cholera: It is an infection that spreads in the small intestine due to harmful bacteria.
Dysentery: It is produced when water is contaminated and is an intestinal disorder with diarrhea mixed with blood and mucus matter.
Diarrhea: When diarrhea is an underlying disease and not associated with another disease, it is due to a virus in the digestive system.
Poisoning: It is the result of mixing of the lead element in the pipes with drinking water.
This is the most dangerous type of poisoning because it affects:
